Mr. Berry is a graduate of Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law.

He has litigated cases across the country. He focuses his practice on severely injured workers and employee rights litigation. He has represented hundreds of railroad workers for various claims. He frequently speaks and writes on railroad and employment law topics.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1993. He is also licensed in the US Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Berry is a member of the law firm Jones & Granger, which is approved and designated by all railway trade labor unions.
