David Haag is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and the University of Texas Law School. He was licensed to practice law in 1973 and joined the law firm of Jones & Granger Houston, Texas, the following year. He has been involved in litigation against railroads for the past 26 years.

In addition to representing injured railroad workers for the past 26 years, Mr. Haag has continued to have personal contact with union members of all crafts in an attempt to educated and counsel them in regards to their rights and protection under the Federal Employer's Liability Act.
Mr. Haag is admitted as an attorney and counselor of the United States Supreme Court and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Haag is a member of the law firm of Jones & Granger, which is approved and designated by all railway trade labor unions.
