Chester H. "Chet" Lauck III is a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and of the University of Arkansas, School of Law, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  During college, Mr. Lauck spent time in Washington, D.C. working for Senator David Pryor and for the White House.  In law school, Mr. Lauck performed an externship for Federal District Judge Jimm Larry Hendren for the Western District of Arkansas.  Since his graduation from law school in 1999, Mr. Lauck has been primarily involved in Railroad Litigation and FELA practice as a trail lawyer for Jones & Granger Law Firm.


Mr. Lauck has successfully handled a wide variety of FELA cases involving members of every railroad labor union who have been injured on the job, including those involving head trauma, chemical exposure, solvent exposure, benzene, diesel exhaust exposure, train collisions, slips, trips and falls, switch throwing injuries, hands crushed in machinery, traumatic eye injuries causing vision loss, cumulative trauma, testicular trauma, crossing collisions, lifting injuries, spike pulling injuries, employees who have been struck by backhoe buckets, falls from bridges, falls from ladders, Locomotive Safety Appliance Act violations, Boiler Inspection Act violations, the Americans with Disabilities Act, contract disputes over settlement agreements, forklift accidents, bar dump door accidents, track machinery collisions, rail lifter accidents, yard accidents, off track vehicle accidents, coupling and uncoupling accidents, accidents involving runaway train consists, track machinery, and post traumatic stress disorder and wrongful death.

Mr. Lauck is involved in a multi-state trial and appellate practice out of the Little Rock office of Jones & Granger Law Firm.  Mr. Lauck regularly conducts FELA seminars for railroad families of all crafts in various parts of the country.
